A high rise residential development located at Third and Mission Streets in San Francisco.  The project will include 169 luxury condominium units in the tower and rehabilitation of the historic Aronson Building. Amenities include a rooftop solarium and private terraces.  The development will also house The Mexican Museum (48,000 sf) over four floors and retail/restaurant space at street level.

YamaMar is collaborating with Executive Architect, Handel Architects as Associate Architect.  Our work primarily focuses on the rehabilitation and restoration of the Aronson Building and integration of The Mexican Museum interiors. The project will be LEED Silver.
