YAMAMAR selected to design ADF
May 25, 2017
YAMAMAR is currently working on a new 25,000 sf 4-story Ambulance Deployment Facility for the San Francisco Department of Public Works and the SFFD. The project is located in the bayshore area of San Francisco, adjacent to Fire Station #9. The ADF is an ambulance resupply warehouse with a training room, classrooms, administrative offices, and support spaces. The facility is an essential services facility that will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The project will provide a higher-capacity, more efficient and seismically safe facility for city-owned ambulances to support improved emergency medical response. The project is a joint venture with MEI Architects.
